Working with your agent
Hand over an objective, steer it while it works, stop or resume it, and approve the actions that matter.
On this page5 sections
Your agent is built for work that takes longer than one message. You give it an objective; it keeps going on its own until the objective is done, and tells you what it did.
Give it an objective
Say what you want finished, not every step. For example: "Every Monday, send me a one-page summary of last week's support emails." The agent acknowledges at once and keeps a visible status while it works.
Steer it while it works
Send another message while a task is running and the agent takes it into account at its next step. Reply to a task's status message to steer that task when more than one is running.
Stop and resume
- Tap Stop on the task's status message to stop the task that is running now. There are no slash commands: to start fresh or change how the agent works, tell it in your own words.
- Reply to a paused task's status message to resume it.
Nothing is lost when you stop: the task keeps its progress and picks up where it left off.
Approvals
The agent asks before it does something consequential, such as sending a message on your behalf, spending money, or changing something outside Spiron. You approve or decline on the card it sends. Everyday progress never needs your approval.
When it says it is done
Before the agent tells you a task is complete, the result is checked against what you asked for. The reply includes what it did and the evidence for it. Every consequential action is also listed in your dashboard.
