Where to write
Two addresses, three reasons.
If your reason is not listed, write to the support address — we will point you to the right place.
| Reason | Write to | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Product or account question | support@spiron.ai | Plans and billing, a workspace or agent you cannot get into, or something in the dashboard that does not match the docs. |
| Security disclosure | security@spiron.ai | A suspected vulnerability, an exposed credential, or anything that looks like Spiron doing something it should not. |
| Data request | support@spiron.ai | Export, correction, or deletion of your data. Tell us which workspace it concerns. |
What to include
Write it once, in a way that can be answered.
A useful first message stands on its own. These four details do most of the work.
Include
What makes the first reply useful
- Your workspace or agent name
- Copied exactly, so we can look at your case rather than answer in general.
- When it happened
- The approximate time, with your timezone.
- What you expected, and what happened
- Two sentences: what you were trying to do, and what you saw instead.
- Whether something changed
- Say whether you were viewing something or changing it. A failed change is the one we look at first.
Security reports start small
If you are reporting a vulnerability, keep the first message to what is affected and the kind of problem you found. Leave out exploit details until we reply privately, and never paste a live credential or customer data into any message.
Before you write
These pages often answer it first.
- Start the quickstartSign up, send your Assistant one line, read its reply, in under two minutes.
- Read the docsHow a job runs, from objective to result.
- Search the help centreGuides for setup, commands, credentials, and support.
- Read the trust pageAccess, isolation, spend caps, data handling, and prices.
People and agents
This page is for people. Work goes in the dashboard.
An email to these addresses reaches a person. It is not a way to give your agent instructions.
Setting up an agent, assigning work, reviewing records, or rotating a credential all happen in your dashboard at https://spiron.ai. If that is what you are looking for, create an account.
What to expect
A person, within one business day.
- Who answers
- A person. There is no automated triage.
- Order
- Oldest messages first.
- Response time
- A person answers within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, except UK public holidays). If we cannot fix something, we will say so rather than promise a date.
Next step
Try it yourself.
Many questions are answered fastest in the product itself: your dashboard shows each job, its records, and its current status.
